We are the Shepler family, a missionary family serving with YWAM, local churches, and community-based projects. For the past five years we have had the privilege of leading discipleship and leadership training schools while serving in the Pacific.
Our heart is to see people encounter Jesus, ministers grow in health, and vulnerable woman receive compassionate care. Whether through discipleship, leadership development, coaching, or doula support, we desire to serve wherever God leads.

Our Calling
God has given our family a passion for the island cultures stretching between Papua New Guinea and Hawaii. While that may be our first love for serving, we are also called to see healthy families and healthy ministries flourish in the pursuit of the Kingdom.
We believe that lasting transformation happens when people are known, equipped, and empowered to live out God’s calling.

What We Do
YWAM Ministry
We have spent the last five years helping lead YWAM schools that equip believers for missions and discipleship in practical ways. The schools we have been a part of are the Foundations of Maternal Health Ministries, the School of Sustainable Development and the Advanced Community Development School. Through out this time we mentored students in classroom settings, in the field, and facilitated one-on-ones.
Doula Care
Caroline is a trained doula and maternal health educator, supporting woman with compassionate, holistic care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. No matter where she is, be it the bush-bush of Papua New Guinea or our home town in Ohio, she is rolling up her sleeves to be with women, babies, and those in need.
Coaching and Ministry Development
Gregs passion is helping leaders discover clarity, health, and purpose in all that they do. As a life coach and certified KEYS Activator he is often sitting with leaders of all sorts, tribal chiefs, heads of agriculture, or the local business man, helping them to chart ways forward with a greater understanding of their mission and potential Kingdom impact.
